Today is Friday, so why not leave you with two new blogs for the weekend?

When Allen & Julie moved to town, Wes and I showed them the ropes and hoped to get them use to living in a new town. Honestly, I didn’t expect the two of them to become two of our favorite friends…. yeah, don’t tell our other friends. We absolutely love hanging out with them & are so thankful they are in our lives.

See, when Wes quit working at the church last year to go full time with me, we wanted to help find the perfect replacement for our college ministry. I had gone to high school with Allen, and knew he was in seminary, so I thought he could point me in the direction of someone good. Little did I expect for him to be the one to move down and take the job. I couldn’t be more thrilled. As much as we loved the ministry, and the people at the church, having Allen & Julie in our lives made the transition even more exciting for us!

I am so happy for you both. I cannot wait to meet this little ball of love. The meaning behind her name is beautiful cheerful friend… and I know she will be ever sing ounce of that.

Julie is actually a dietitian, haha, I get really nervous for her to see what I eat! But I think it is extra funny that her biggest craving has been Krispy Kreme donuts. haha. So we had to have some in the shoot. I love this series of images. Allen, being funny… her genuinely thinking he is funny, and then her pure joy…. and Allen’s face that he made his wife really smile. I love it. I hope you all enjoy your weekend. Do something fun for yourself.

Yay! Our website it back! Sorry for the past week or so, our website was hacked. Yes, there are crazy mean people in this world. Thankfully we work with the people at Flosites who have worked hard to help us out and get us back going. Amazing people working for that company. But anyways enough about hacking ;) The main reason it has upset me is because I have been dying to blog this video!!! Now on to this story.

When Jordyn & Bradley asked Wes & I to film their birth I was crazy excited/nervous. Excited because births are one of the most wonderful events I have ever experienced. And nervous because Bradley & Jordyn are creative people with a vision. I was just afraid I would fail, or not be good enough.

This little one’s parents were doing all they could to ensure the highest level of health & love they could give this baby. They planned a natural birth & did everything they could to stay stress free. Another little bit you should know is they didn’t know they sex of the baby until he arrived! Ah! I love it!

The delivery of this child is seriously the most holy, amazing thing I have ever been apart of. The love that this couple shared as they supported each other was literally breathtaking. Bradley was so strong for her, and Jordyn stayed so positive and uplifting for him. It gives me chills and makes me emotional to think about this experience. So, I will just blog the video for you to see yourself. I have never been more proud of anything Wes and I have ever done as a team. This for me was life changing. I can’t even put it into words.

Jordyn & Bradley, we love you. You know this. We are so thankful for this experience. We hope we are friends for a long time… so our little ones can be best friends and maybe be in a band together ;) Thank you again for being the greatest example of love to me that I have seen in a long time.

Whew. Did you cry? I cry every.single.time.

Meet my babies.

Ok. Well, technically my sister gave birth to them, and is raising them… but secretly they are all mine! This is the first chance I have gotten to photograph the newest member of our family, William, since his newborn session. He is so stinking cute I want to eat him for lunch. I know. I am weird but I just want to kiss his little face til it is blue! haha. I can’t help it.

I couldn’t wait to show him off to you!

So meet the most handsome little man on earth. William Everett.

This is William’s big sister Lauren. She is all girl. And loves her little brother with all her heart. Gorgeous. 

I have a feeling this is his, “Ok, Aunt T, I have tolerated you long enough. I am trying to be nice, but can we be done with this already” face. 

Oh my goodness. Crying babies should make me feel bad… but I think they are sometimes cuter when they cry. I am terrible.

And can we please talk about his arm rolls… cute cute cute.  

Jen, I know that you didn’t come ready for a shoot, and don’t kill me for putting this on here. But I have to show the world the best mom ever. This is the woman I will hand my kids of to until they are 8 years old. She is patient but stern. Soft and loving. You should see Williams face when she turns to talk to him. Oh man… be still my heart. I love this family…. and Billy too! Maybe next time we can get the whole group. I love you Jenica, and I am beyond proud of who you are. 

For the record, I am a proud aunt to 5 nieces & nephews!!! (Wes and I obviously need to catch up!) I love each of my babies so much & it amazes me how 5 little people can have such distinct personalities and be so different. I am so thankful to have them in my life. Being an aunt is the best!!! Spoil them, and drop them off… ;)

There is a wedding on the way tomorrow!!

And did you know Wes and I are going to Ireland… less than two weeks away! That means more travel blogs for you adventurous followers! Lots to look forward to.

This past August our little world was blessed to meet Audrey L. And she has been a joy ever since.

I love this family so much. I am honored to have been there for her birth, and now capturing the first year of her life.

Oh, and she is dangerous!!!! It is not good for me to be around a little one this cute! haha…

There’s not much to say about The Ray Brothers, but there’s a whole lot to listen to. This is the second album of group and we’re privilege to call these guys friends and honored to be able to shoot for a second time. We loved them so much that they played at our wedding over 2 years ago and we actually get to shoot quite a few weddings with them!
